We deliver technology.
But we’re in it for the people.

Delivering the highest level of customer service in an overly transactional world.

Anyone can sell you a circuit or connect you with a carrier. Not everyone sticks around to make sure it works.

Through our decades of experience in technology and telecom, we’ve seen firsthand the frustrations companies face when trying to find the right vendor partners or getting the support they need when something goes wrong.

Our goal is to take the hassle out of managing your technology and telecom so you can focus on running your business. Because your business can’t afford technology that doesn’t work for you when it counts.

Our Why

The Story Behind Our Service

Our founder, Will Cook, learned the power of unmatched customer service from his mother. As a car saleswoman, she lent her personal car to her customers while their vehicles were being serviced. She would not return their car until she was 100 percent certain it was fixed. She knew that great customer service was the best way to retain her clients. Willpower was built with the same philosophy.

"They make me feel like I'm their only customer. When they say they're going to do something, they get it done. Nobody's going to do it better — I just know that."

— Robert K.

How We Show Up

We answer the call. Every time.

When your network goes down, you don't have time for on-hold music or phone trees. When you call Willpower, our team answers every time — and you get someone who knows your account, understands your infrastructure, and can start troubleshooting immediately. We're available 24/7 because when your systems are down, every minute costs you money.

We make sure it works.

When installing a new system, other providers ship equipment and hope it connects properly. We show up on-site to physically test every circuit before you launch a new location — checking signal strength, verifying phones ring, and making sure your team knows how everything works.

We don’t stop until it’s fixed.

When something goes wrong, we don't point fingers or pass the buck — we own it until it's solved. Our clients have stories about us working until 2 AM on Christmas Day and jumping on a plane to fix an installation gone wrong. We do whatever it takes to get your issue resolved as quickly as possible.

“From the minute I walk in the door until the minute I leave for home, I am working to deliver top-notch customer service to my clients.”

Will Cook founded the company (formerly known as Telecom Solutions) in 2014 because he believed clients deserved better — better prices, better transparency and most of all, better customer service. An industry veteran who has spent the last 25 years in telecom, Will prides himself on building long-term relationships and always having his clients’ best interests at heart. Case in point — when Will’s clients had lost everything after the Nashville tornado in 2020, he was in the trenches to get them back up and running quickly. Supporting others when they need it most is simply how Will operates.

“Having worked with and for the major carriers, I understand telecom from both sides. We help clients cut through the noise, simplify their services, and take control of their technology.”

With experience working on both the carrier side and the client side of telecom, Jason Griffin is the person you can trust to sort out exactly what you need. When a client had a carrier fall through right before an important deadline, he lined up another option within a day to make sure their technology was up and running. With more than two decades of sales experience and previous roles at Comcast and AT&T, Jason loves working at Willpower because it continues his career goal of “making friends for a living.”

When you have a question about your contracts, Paula Carman Mutz is the advocate you want in your corner. After 25 years as a telecom account manager, Paula understands carriers better than anyone. She loves using that expertise to serve her clients by auditing bills to find cost savings, requesting credits, and handling vendor paperwork so you don’t have to. Her proudest accomplishments happen when customers say, “I’m not sure what we would do without you.”
